Dear First Pres,

It was a great launch to Wednesday Nights @ FPC last night. I sure do love seeing the campus full of folks enjoying one another, serving the Lord, and growing in faith on Wednesday nights. It makes my heart full. If you missed last night, you can still jump in this next week. The best thing to do would be to sign up online .
This Sunday is our annual congregational meeting. The meeting starts at 9:30. I especially hope every member will make it a priority to attend. Please review our 2015 Annual Report before the meeting. If you don't have a copy you can view or download a copy online . If you haven't read the report you may not know that we're hoping the Lord will bring us an Assistant Pastor of Community Growth in 2016. This is exciting news, but it is just one of the important things we'll be discussing at Sunday's meeting. Please plan to be there. As you know, there is always an opportunity to ask questions of the Session at our Annual Meeting. If you already have a question in mind, please send it to me via email. That will help us as we finalize our plans for the meeting.
Finally, even if you haven't been participating in the 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, I invite you to jump in for these final 10 days. Choose to abstain from something physical to join us in pursuing God for revival, repentance, Christian unity, and drought-ending rain in our city  Join us, even for these last 10 days, and I believe you will be encouraged in your faith.

Blessings,

P.S. Please be praying for our Jr. High and High School students, and their ministry leaders, as they head to their winter camps this weekend. May the Lord allow them to experience Him so that each might know and love Him more.
