First Presbyterian Church is seeking a caring, reliable individual to oversee the provision of a welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment where children from birth to two years are lovingly cared for during all Sunday worship services, the education hour, and special services and events. The primary aim is to help children and their parents experience the love of God. This position is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position requiring 5-7 hours per week including 4.5 hours Sunday morning and additional time to coordinate nursery coverage and supplies.
The successful candidate will have a High School diploma, at least one year of experience in children's ministry (paid or volunteer), a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and history of involvement in a local church. The candidate will understand and embrace the purpose and vision of First Presbyterian Church Fresno and in agreement with doctrine and standards of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (epc.org/about/beliefs) and possess a growing understanding of what it means to speak the truth of Christ into the everyday stuff of life.

The Christian Education Department of First Presbyterian Church is now accepting applications for Summer Staff 2021!
