God Hears Our Prayers

We are a praying church and have a team of people working diligently to pray for the needs of our congregation, community and world. If you would like to have our team praying for particular needs, please fill-out the form with your information and requests.

Your message will go to a leader of our prayer team. It will be kept private within the membership of the prayer team and will not be made public to the entire congregation. Depending on the nature of the request, it could be brought to the attention of one of our pastors.

Ministries

The ministries at First Presbyterian Church are designed to equip and empower members to be released for ministry.  Each ministry has the same goal of helping God’s people grow into mature disciples of Christ through connecting them with one another around the Word of God.  In each ministry, you can expect:

  • to make lasting relationships
  • to be known by Christ and others
  • to be equipped for acts of service

We believe that all members of the Body of Christ are gifted to play a part in God’s team, the Church.  1 Peter 2:9 says that, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” -NIV.
